Madame Sum was founded in 2019 by three graduates of the Lausanne School of Hotel Management (EHL).
In doing so, the company also ventures into unusual combinations in terms of taste. The dumplings are flash-frozen and delivered "ready to steam" throughout Switzerland.
We manage the Madame Sum mandate with media relations, storytelling and events.
