Creation of an influencer event, which was designed around "cold water surfing" to draw attention to the reopening and break the stigma that you can only surf in good weather.

SOLUTION

Scouting and inviting influencers from different niches to ensure broad coverage while still keeping the action sports theme relevant.

Creating a program with activities such as ice bands and surfing in the more cold water to create a story around "cold water surfing" to drive occupancy at the Bay during the colder off-season.
