We stick to the rules of the game: We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law (in particular the revised FADP) and – where applicable – the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the data we really need: to operate our website securely, respond to your inquiries, send exciting newsletters or find the best talents for our team.

6. Cookies & smart technologies

So that our website functions smoothly and we understand which topics really interest you, we use cookies and similar digital helpers.

We are active on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. If you click on one of these links, you leave our website. From that moment on, the data protection rules of the respective platform operators apply.

In some cases, we embed external content (such as maps, videos or fonts) directly on our website. Here too, technical data is transmitted to the providers of these services, provided that you have consented to this in the cookie banner or it is technically absolutely necessary.

8. Who else sees your data? (Recipients & abroad)

We do not sell your data. We only pass it on to partners when this is necessary for our work – for example to our hosting provider, IT service provider or the tool we use to send newsletters. These partners work strictly according to our instructions.

Sometimes we use services from international providers (e.g. Google). In doing so, data may flow to countries outside Switzerland or the EEA. If this happens, we ensure through legal guarantees (such as standard contractual clauses) that your data is just as safe there as it is here.

9. Retention period & security

We do not collect mountains of data. We keep your data only as long as we need it for the respective purpose or as the law requires us to do so. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

Security: We protect your data with modern technical and organisational measures (e.g. encrypted transmission) against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

10. Your data, your rights

You remain in control at all times. Within the framework of applicable law, you may:

• Request information about what data we hold about you and for what purpose (right of access).

• Have incorrect or incomplete data rectified (right to rectification).
• Request that the processing be restricted, for example if you dispute the accuracy of the data (right to restriction).

• To object to the processing of your data, in particular in the case of direct marketing or processing based on a legitimate interest (right to object).
• You may withdraw any consent you have given (e.g. for cookies or newsletters) at any time, with effect for the future.

Do you believe that we are not complying with the rules? Then you can lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland or with a competent supervisory authority in the EU/EEA area. (But it is best to talk to us first – we almost always find a solution).
