TASK

Magic Pass is an annual pass for almost 100 destinations in Switzerland, France, and Italy. It offers access to more than 2,000 kilometers of slopes, 2 glaciers, around 20 snow parks, numerous sun terraces in the mountains, and 2 revolving restaurants in winter.

In summer, there are also over 1,000 km of mountain bike trails, hiking trails, family-friendly excursion destinations, thermal baths, breathtaking panoramic views, and much more.

New areas where the Magic Pass can be used are planned for summer 2025 and the 2025/2026 winter season. The new offer and the Magic Pass itself should be made better known, especially among the German-speaking population of Switzerland.

SOLUTION

In order to achieve the widest possible reach and make the desired target group aware of the Magic Pass, relevant content creators were selected for the campaign. These were primarily athletic, snow sports enthusiasts who provide their community with excursion tips for individuals, couples, and families.

Clear briefings and close collaboration with the creators ensured that the content was relevant, approachable, tailored to the target group, and varied.

This allowed the Magic Pass areas that still had snow and were therefore particularly worth a visit to be highlighted again towards the end of the ski season.

RESULTS

In collaboration with seven content creators, half a million impressions and an engagement rate of 3.3% were generated.

The activation via content creators significantly increased Magic Pass's end-of-season sales.

The high engagement rate shows how positively the content was received by the community.
